Prayer: Evening
In the closing of the day, we remember
those beings, large and small, seen and unseen, near and far away,
who composed our food and brought it to us,
cleaned up our messes and disposed of our waste,
kept us clothed and sheltered,
made our light and energy,
and created our joy and comfort.
Wrapped in warm thanks, we retire.
